Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts, for oral or poster presentations, should be submitted by email no later than September 15, 2007 to Pavla Bauerová at: esdred.technicalpapers@andra.fr. A message acknowledging receipt of abstract will be sent.
Please prepare your abstract by following the instructions detailed below:
- Abstracts may be submitted on any of the major topics listed in the Provisional Program on pages 5 and 6 of the Call for Papers. All abstracts must be written in English.
- Abstract text should not exceed 400 words or max 2 A4 pages, with 2.5 cm margins on each side. Tables and/or graphs should be avoided unless essential for review. Tables, graphs and/or pictures will have to be included in the full papers of accepted abstracts. Please use Times New Roman 11 pt single spacing for texts and 14 pt for titles.
- The abstract should clearly summarise the proposed content of the full paper, including any major scientific findings and conclusions.
- The authors and their affiliation, with speaker underlined, should be provided.
- Acceptance of abstracts will be based on their scientific and technical quality and clarity of presentation.
- Accepted abstracts will be compiled in a volume to be provided at the meeting.
- Authors are requested to indicate a preference for which type of presentation (poster or oral). However, due to time limitations, it may not be possible to accept all qualified abstracts for oral presentation.
