Registration

The number of Pre-registrations has been very encouraging and we are expecting to exceed the maximum registration of 100. Please note the following:

1. Pre-registration is no longer possible after November 30, 2007
2. If you have previously pre-registered, and have received confirmation thereof, a place will be reserved for you at the conference until latest March 2008.
3. Before this date you must formally REGISTER and pay the fees. Failure to do so will mean that you may forfeit your place at the Conference. Registrations received after March 15, 2008 will be treated in order of priority based on the date fees are received.
4. The deadline for REGISTRATION in 15 April 2008 however depending on availability later reservation requests may be accepted.
5. Your REGISTRATION will not be confirmed until after your fees have been received. Confirmation will be by email.
